PERAN FINTECH DALAM PENINGKATAN INKLUSI KEUANGAN EKOSISTEM E-COMMERCE

Transformasi digital telah mengubah e-commerce menjadi ekosistem kompleks yang berpotensi menjembatani kesenjangan inklusi keuangan di pasar berkembang. Artikel ini bertujuan mensintesis peran strategis integrasi fintech dalam memodifikasi perilaku transaksi dan mempercepat partisipasi ekonomi masyarakat unbanked. Menggunakan pendekatan narrative review kritis, penelitian ini menganalisis literatur bereputasi (2015-2025) untuk memetakan evolusi sistem pembayaran dan mekanisme pemberian kredit digital. Hasil kajian merumuskan Fintech-Inclusion Integration Model (IFI Model), yang menunjukkan bahwa integrasi fintech (seperti payment gateway dan BNPL) meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan kepercayaan digital. Namun, keberhasilan inklusi keuangan sangat dimediasi oleh perilaku pengguna; tanpa literasi keuangan yang memadai, kemudahan akses kredit berisiko memicu utang yang tidak sehat. Fintech berhasil mengatasi hambatan geografis melalui model branchless banking, namun memerlukan dukungan regulasi yang kuat untuk mitigasi bias algoritmik. Integrasi fintech bukan sekadar alat transaksi, melainkan instrumen pemberdayaan ekonomi yang memerlukan keseimbangan antara inovasi dan perlindungan konsumen untuk mencapai inklusi keuangan yang berkualitas dan berkelanjutan.
