Abstract

Factory accidents are unfortunate events that can have severe consequences, including injury, death, and property damage. These incidents can be caused by a variety of factors, such as inadequate safety measures, lack of proper training, and equipment failure. To better understand this issue and find ways to prevent such accidents, it is important to know the important role of K3 in ensuring a safe working environment for factory workers. Work accidents also usually occur due to unsafe work environment conditions and human error. Work accidents can be caused by violations of established work rules and also caused by a lack of knowledge about work safety in the workplace. Safety and health itself greatly influences the level of accidents and the severity of accidents that occur. The low implementation of Occupational Safety and Health is caused by a low understanding of the importance of the quality of occupational safety and health. The problem faced by companies is that there is still a high risk of work accidents due to the lack of emphasis on K3 policies in the company and there are still many workers who do not understand and even ignore the importance of K3 for the workforce itself and the company. This article will discuss the importance of occupational health and safety, the responsibilities of employers and employees, as well as the role of regulations and standards in maintaining a safe work environment, in order to reduce the risk of worker accidents.
